The firm was founded in December 1983 by Mr. Jorge Lucas Valls, whose professional experience in the textile-clothing industry dates back to 1960. The Board of Administration is chaired by Mrs. Teresa Mara Gil Masagu, the founders widow. Mr. Josep Maria Gil Masagu is in charge of Management and executive management, assisted by Mr. Jordi Lucas Gil.
